Jennifer Aprile is the founder of Greenville Head Spa, the Upstate’s first luxury head spa experience. With over 25 years as a hairstylist and a licensed trichologist, Jennifer has built her career on blending advanced scalp therapy with holistic wellness and clean beauty practices.
Her expertise and dedication have earned her recognition as Greenville’s Best Hair Stylist by Best of the Upstate, and her business has been proudly nominated as Best Salon, affirming her commitment to excellence and client care.
Jennifer’s passion for scalp health is deeply personal—after experiencing her own journey with hair loss during ovarian cancer, she dedicated herself to helping others restore confidence, health, and peace through customized scalp treatments. Today, she specializes in addressing a wide range of concerns, including hair thinning, alopecia, dermatitis, eczema, and overall scalp imbalances, while also providing a serene space for relaxation and renewal.
When she isn’t working behind the chair, Jennifer is developing her podcast God Winks and writing her first book, both dedicated to helping women overcome trauma, break cycles, and rediscover their authentic selves. Her faith, resilience, and heart for others shine through in everything she does—making Greenville Head Spa not just a place for beauty, but for healing and transformation.

Your visit begins in our peaceful relaxation lounge, where after you’ve slipped into a plush robe and fuzzy socks, you are able to unwind with fruit-infused water, organic tea, gourmet coffee, or a glass of champagne.
Our relaxation room holds space for six, creating a quiet sanctuary before or after your service.
We can accommodate up to 14 guests in primary treatments at one time, making us the perfect choice for solo spa days, couples escapes, and group bookings. We also host private events—from intimate foot soak gatherings with charcuterie and beverages for up to 4, to full spa buyouts for unforgettable celebrations.
